JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a night assistant nurse for our dementia care home Skogsbrynet in Sibbhult!

We have chosen to certify Skogsbrynet with Silviahemmet to provide all employees with the conditions to give our clients a good and meaningful everyday life. Silviahemmet certification means a knowledge certification where all staff at a care and nursing unit receive training in dementia care based on Silviahemmet's care philosophy.

We are now looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey.

We work together in a wonderful team with a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, dietitian, and dementia nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have a vocational degree from the upper secondary school care and nursing program or approved grades from adult education courses in care and nursing (1500 points). You have a genuine interest in working with people with dementia or cognitive impairment.

Furthermore, you always have a good attitude towards residents, relatives, and your colleagues, you have great patience, drive, and commitment, are flexible, and have your heart in the right place.

You are accustomed to documenting and handle the language well in both speech and writing. You are an experienced computer user who uses the computer as a tool in your work.

You have a good ability to work both independently and in a group, and you are confident in your role as a nursing assistant.

We expect you to convey security and see each individual client in all meetings. You always have a good attitude towards residents, relatives, and your colleagues, you have great patience, drive, and commitment, are flexible, and have your heart in the right place. You understand the importance of following the routines and working methods that exist in the workplace.

You have the physical ability to perform the tasks included in the assignment, such as lifting, personal care, and transfers, with the help of ergonomic aids.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
